Annie Huber

Annabel Huber

Annie Huber is a registered dietitian, board certified specialist in renal nutrition( CSR), and owner of HLT Nutrition Co.  She has been a registered dietitian for 10 years and CSR for 8 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2011 and Master’s of Science in Nutrition Degree at Arizona State University in 2019.  Annie spent 8 years working in dialysis during which time she became a regional nutrition manager and furthered her business and management skills.  Her expertise is in renal disease but she also has 10 years of consulting experience in the community nutrition space.
Annie started HLT Nutrition Co. after identifying a need for Dietitian services in Imperial County, CA where she grew up.  She looks forward to continuing to bring awareness to the Food is Medicine movement and is excited to continue to grow HLT Nutrition Co in the upcoming months and years. In her spare time, she loves cooking, spinning, and spending time with her husband and 3 sons.
Fun Fact: HLT Nutrition Co was named after Annie’s 3 sons: Hunter, Levi, and Trevor.  Our logo is an artichoke plant representing Annie’s favorite vegetable and a vegetable Annie’s dad Mike specializes in growing in Imperial County!

Hi, my name is Dani. I’ve been an RDN for 3 years now. My initial interest in nutrition was sparked from growing up in the farming town: Brawley, CA. I’m very passionate about providing nutrition education to aid in improving nutrition related diseases. I attended California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, CA for my Bachelor’s degree. I went to Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, LA for my dietetic internship completion and Master’s degree. Thanks for reading my profile!

Gabi Mohamed

Gabi Mohamed

Gabi received her Bachelors’ of Science in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. She matched into Texas Tech’s Dietetic
internship and Graduate degree program where she subsequently received her Masters’ Degree in Nutrition Science. After passing the CDR exam, she moved to
Austin, TX and has been practicing there ever since. Since completing her Dietetic Internship, Gabi has worked with two very different patient populations. She worked in Long Term Care as a Clinical Dietitian for 2 years where she mainly worked with the elderly, physically disabled, memory impaired, and mentally impaired patient populations. She then made the transition to Pediatric Care and has been there ever since. Currently she is an Outpatient Pediatric Dietitian at Dell Children’s Endocrinology Clinics. Gabi has been working one-on-one with individuals and their families with goals pertaining to weight management, abnormal lipid labs, carbohydrate counting, short stature, failure to thrive, disease management and disease prevention. A fun fact about Gabi is she works with both of her sisters at HLT Nutrition Co and she has a Long Haired Mini Dachshund! She loves nutrition and working with both the elderly and pediatric patient populations!
Kyler Heitman

Kyler Heitman

I started my journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and passed my credentialing exam in 2020. Since that time, I have worked primarily as a clinical dietitian in the hospital setting. My experiences in the hospital setting has highlighted how important it is to take care of our bodies (through nutrition, exercise, mental health, etc.) to ensure we are living our lives to the fullest! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the sunshine with my family and our two dogs. A fun fact is that I eat dessert every single day! Usually some dark chocolate after dinner but Rocky Road ice cream is a favorite also.

Marilin C

Marilin Ceceno

Marilin Ceceno is an Administrative Assistant at HLT Nutrition Co Inc. A proud graduate of San Diego State University and Imperial Valley College, where Marilin pursued a career in Public Administration and Business Administration. Marilin’s career path gave her the opportunity to learn the focus and importance of social responsibilities, a great opportunity to work with people and advance an individual’s common goods. Marilin has worked since 2018 within the Holtville School district and is currently a Paraprofessional, where she assists in evaluation of students’ progress and/or implementation of students’ objectives. Assists teachers for the purpose of implementing lesson plans. She has also worked with Red One Electric, Inc. as a secretary who was an assistant office manager with tasks such as responding emails, creating invoices/proposals, register existing invoices, create checks using QuickBooks, revise employees’ timesheets, payroll, process required permits, schedule disconnects and inspections.

Fun fact about Marilin is that she loves spending time with her family and prefers sweets over savory foods. One of her favorite places to visit with family is the beach.

Kaitlin, RD

Kaitlin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who completed her undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University. Kaitlin then went on to complete her graduate degree in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from the University of Southern Mississippi. The majority of Kaitlin’s dietetic career has been spent caring for the pediatric population; however, she also enjoys working with adults to help them reach their health goals. Kaitlin’s goal for her clients is to simplify nutrition and wellness and empower clients to make attainable diet and lifestyle changes. She has a passion to help her clients improve their relationship with food and their bodies. She follows an all-foods-fit mentality, focusing on moderation so all foods can still be enjoyed while pursuing optimal health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and husband. Her favorite food is any kind of potato dish.

Sammy Seefeldt

Meet Sammy Seefeldt, a Registered Dietitian from San Clemente, CA! Sammy attended the University of California, Davis and graduate studies in Clinical Nutrition from the University of the Pacific. Sammy is dedicated to community nutrition and education, providing personalized care tailored to each person’s needs. Whether leading workshops on mindful eating or crafting customized meal plans, Sammy’s enthusiasm shines. Outside of work, Sammy enjoys line dancing, paddle boarding, and savoring lattes at local coffee shops. As a true Californian, she treasures sunsets and camping under the stars. Sammy is excited to inspire healthy living within the community through HLT Nutrition Co.

Taylor Dial, RD

Hi! I’m Taylor, a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC). Originally from Mammoth, I made San Diego my home 11 years ago when I enrolled at San Diego State University. My journey into dietetics was driven by my deep-seated love for food, cooking, and a desire to promote health through nutrition. Currently pursuing my Master’s in Dietetics Administration, with an expected graduation in December 2024. My professional journey has been enriched by diverse experiences in clinical nutrition and oncology. Beyond my academic pursuits, I enjoy exploring new culinary experiences and advocating for evidence-based nutrition practices that empower individuals to achieve their health goals. Whether it’s creating personalized nutrition plans or conducting research in dietetics, I am committed to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of others through my work.

Madison Robello, MS, RDN

I began my journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian at California State University, Long Beach, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutritional Science and completed my Dietetic Internship. I was born and raised in Northern California, but after moving to Long Beach for school, I knew Southern California was where I wanted to stay. Since becoming an RD, I’ve worked in both in-person and virtual settings, helping individuals create healthier, more balanced lifestyles through sustainable habits and a positive relationship with food. My approach is rooted in meeting people where they are, making realistic changes, and building long-term habits that support energy, wellness, and confidence. I’ve supported clients in eating disorder recovery and general wellness, and also have experience in sports nutrition through roles at Stanford, UCLA, and USA Volleyball. While I enjoy working with athletes, my passion lies in helping people of all backgrounds feel more empowered and at ease when it comes to their nutrition and overall health. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me strength training, practicing yoga, walking my dogs, or enjoying a beach day with a great cup of coffee.

A fun fact about me: I will always say yes to iced coffee and sunshine—especially if my dogs are with me!

Kristi Choi, MDA, RDN, LD

Kristi was born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Brigham Young University. Since 2018, she has worked as a Registered Dietitian, initially serving the community she grew up in by providing nutritional counseling and diabetes education. In 2020, Kristi furthered her education and completed her Master’s in Dietetic Administration from Utah State University. During this time, Kristi moved to San Antonio, Texas with her husband, where she currently resides. She has exclusively worked in the outpatient setting, with a passion for helping those with diabetes, chronic kidney disease and eating disorders. Throughout her career, Kristi has helped individuals and families build better relationships with their food and their bodies. She embraces an “all-foods-fit” philosophy, while individualizing nutritional care to each client for lasting health changes. When she is not working, all her free time is spent with her adorable little ones, a 2 year old son and 6 month old baby girl. With her family, Kristi enjoys the water/ocean, going on walks, and baking.

Amanda Gosellin, MS, RDN, CSN

With over 10 years of experience in Nutrition and Crossfit coaching, Amanda brings a decade of hands-on expertise to every client interaction. Holding a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion and a CrossFit Level 2 certification, she specializes in both sports nutrition and general wellness—helping individuals perform at their best and build sustainable, balanced lifestyles.

Amanda’s passion for helping others thrive is what inspired her to become a dietitian. That same drive continues to guide her work today, through meaningful client relationships and a personalized, practical approach. Whether in the gym or through one-on-one coaching, she is committed to educating, motivating, and inspiring lasting change.

In addition to coaching, Amanda competes at an elite level in CrossFit, constantly pushing the limits of performance and personal growth. Outside of training, she enjoys taking long walks and trips to the dog beach with her beloved labradoodle, Rio. A true believer in balance, Amanda also loves pizza nights, going out with friends, and making space for fun and connection beyond fitness.
